A list of what has come in. Not to be confused with Settings → Notifications, where you determine how you are informed — here is what has arrived.

What ends up here
- Chat assigned — a conversation was handed over to you
- Chat transferred — a conversation went to someone else
- Mentioned in note — someone mentioned you in an internal note
- AI handoff to agent — the bot handed over
- New contact
- Offline message — received while no one was there
- Team invitation
- Test phase ends, Plan changed, Billing notes
Mark all as read
Resets the counter. The entries remain — nothing disappears, only the highlighting.
„You're all caught up!"
Appears when nothing is unread. If the list remains permanently empty, although something should have happened, it is almost always due to the Settings: An event for which no channel is active also does not create an entry.
How long entries stay
Even without your own policy, notifications are automatically deleted after a preset period. You can set a different period under Settings → Data storage & privacy — read and unread separately.
