There are two limits. AI quota: you get an email at 80 % and 100 %; once it is used up, the bot pauses and your team takes over the conversations. Conversation quota: once it is used up, new visitors see a contact form instead of the chat, their requests reach you by email, and ongoing conversations continue. Both reset with the new month.

Which integrations exist?

Slack is connected natively: notifications go to a channel, and replies in the thread land in the conversation. On top of that there are outgoing webhooks for individual events, the REST API with API keys and the email inbox; you can sign in via Google or SAML SSO. There are no other ready-made integrations at the moment.

For websites there is the JavaScript widget with its widget API. We do not offer other SDKs — for apps or servers; the REST API can be called from any language.
