Application at Hetzner in Germany, AI at IONOS in Germany — chat data never goes to a US provider. A data processing agreement on every plan, concluded online during setup. Data export and deletion, encrypted backups with a German provider, support in German.
Lime Connect states that it hosts exclusively on European, ISO 27001-certified servers. SilentChat is not ISO 27001 certified.

To be fair: when is Lime Connect the right choice?
Lime Connect fits if your customers mainly reach you via WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook Messenger or SMS, if you offer video consultations with screen sharing, or if your procurement policy requires ISO 27001-certified infrastructure. Its free plan also allows more conversations than ours.
SilentChat fits if website chat and email are your main channels, the AI chatbot should be included in the price without an add-on, and you want to start at €19 per month.
