Can I cancel monthly?
Yes. All plans cancel monthly. Annual billing gives a 20% discount.
What happens when I use up an allowance?
It depends which one. If your AI allowance is used up, the bot stops replying — conversations continue and your team takes over. If your conversation allowance for the month is reached, we hide the chat window on your website instead of showing visitors an error when they hit send. Ongoing conversations stay open, and you keep your inbox either way. You can see where you stand at any time under Billing.

How does the trial work?
7 days of Professional for free, no credit card. After that you get 7 more days to decide: inbox, widget and knowledge base keep running, only the AI assistant pauses. Pick no plan and your workspace moves to the free plan — your data stays. Nobody is moved into a paid plan automatically.
