Data protection and the knowledge base
Articles and imported pages are stored in SilentChat's database on Hetzner in Germany. For search, texts are converted into numeric vectors — this happens on IONOS in Germany, not with a US provider.
Visitors do not see references to internal articles in the bot's reply; where an answer came from is visible only to your team.
