AI Copilot Overview
The AI Copilot is a KI assistant for your agents — in contrast to the AI Chatbot, which communicates directly with visitors.
Chatbot vs. Copilot
| Feature | AI Chatbot | AI Copilot |
|---|---|---|
| Target Audience | Visitors (automatically) | Agents (on request) |
| When active | Automatically with every visitor message | Only when the agent requests it |
| Visibility | Visitor sees the bot response | Only the agent sees the suggestion |
| Control | Bot responds independently | Agent decides whether to use the suggestion |
| Temperature | 0.7 (default) | 0.3–0.4 (more focused) |
Features
1. Response Suggestions
The Copilot analyzes the previous chat history, searches the Knowledge Base, and generates a response suggestion. The agent can adopt, modify, or ignore it.
2. Improve Text
The agent writes a draft and has it improved by the Copilot — grammar, clarity, tone. Optionally, the desired tone can be specified (formal, friendly, precise).
3. Summarize Conversation
When agents change or after long chats, the Copilot generates a 2–3 sentence summary: main concern, previous progress, open points.
Requirements
- AI Chatbot Feature must be included in the plan (same license)
- AI must be enabled (Settings → AI Chatbot → Enable)
- Token Budget must be available (Copilot also consumes tokens)
Check Availability
The Copilot status can be checked at any time under AI → Copilot → Status. It shows:
- Whether AI is enabled and a provider is available
- Whether there is still token budget available
