Proactive triggers

Triggers detect visitor behavior on the website and automatically trigger actions in the widget — for example, sending a message or opening the widget.
Create a Trigger
Settings → Triggers → "New Trigger"

| Conditions | When the trigger fires |

| Priority | With multiple triggers: higher priority wins |
Condition Types
| Type | Description | Value |
|---|---|---|
| time_on_page | Visitor is on the page for X seconds | Seconds (e.g. 30) |
| url_match | URL matches pattern | Glob pattern (e.g. /pricing*) |
| page_count | Visitor has visited X pages | Number (e.g. 3) |
| return_visitor | Visitor has been there before | — |
| scroll_depth | Visitor has scrolled X% | Percentage (e.g. 75) |
Action Types
