Statistics
Under Workflows → Stats, you can see aggregated statistics:
- Total Executions (selectable time period)
- Success Rate (success / total)
- Error Rate (failed / total)
- Skip Rate (skipped / total)
A high skip rate means that the workflow is often triggered but the conditions rarely match — check if the event or conditions should be adjusted.
Debugging Tips
- Deactivate the workflow before making changes
- Test conditions step by step — start without conditions and add them one by one
- Check the Execution Log after each change
- Check "Stop on Match" — if a previous workflow has "Stop on Match", subsequent workflows will not be evaluated
