Userlike has been part of Lime Technologies since 2021 and has operated as Lime Connect since September 2025 (announcement). Searching for “Userlike” today leads you to Lime Connect.

- Workflows included: from Growth, with 21 ready-made templates instead of an add-on.
- Tickets and knowledge base in the same tool: both from Starter.
- AI in Germany: AI processing runs at IONOS in Germany; chat data never goes to a US provider.
Which one fits?
Lime Connect fits if your customers mainly reach you via WhatsApp, Instagram or SMS, if you offer video consultations, or if your procurement policy requires ISO 27001-certified infrastructure.
SilentChat fits if website chat and email are your main channels and you want an AI chatbot with your own knowledge base, tickets and workflows at a fixed, low monthly price.
