Link feature requests

Product links connect feature requests with the customer conversations that triggered them.
Create a link
Product → Links → "New Link"

View links
- By feature request: Product → Links → By Request → shows all linked conversations/tickets
- By conversation/ticket: Product → Links → By Entity → shows all linked feature requests
Duplicate protection
Each combination (feature request + type + ID) can only be linked once.
Impact on RICE score
The number of links is included in the Reach value of the RICE score. More links = feature affects more customers = higher prioritization.
