Segment Conditions

Define Conditions
In the Condition Builder, you can define rules that visitors must meet.
AND/OR Logic
- Within a group: All conditions are linked with AND (all must apply)
- Between groups: Groups are linked with OR (at least one group must apply)
Example:
- Group 1: Country = "DE" AND Conversations > 5 → German Frequent Chatter
- Group 2: Country = "AT" AND Conversations > 5 → Austrian Frequent Chatter
- Result: German OR Austrian Frequent Chatter
Add OR Group
Click "Add OR Group" to create a new condition group. Groups are visually separated by an "OR" divider.

Input Assistance
For fields like Country, Language, Browser, and OS, the dropdown shows two categories:
- Your Data (green dot) — Values that actually appear in your visitor data
- Suggestions (gray dot) — Common standard values if no own data is available yet
For numeric fields, input is restricted to numbers.
