Create segments

Overview
Segments dynamically group Visitors based on attributes and behavior. A Visitor belongs to a segment if they meet all defined conditions.
Create a Segment
Settings → Segments → "New Segment"
Fields:
- Name — e.g. "VIP Customers", "Inactive Visitors"
- Description — Optional description
- Color — Color selection from 10 preset colors for visual distinction
- Active — Active segments are evaluated, inactive ones are not
- Conditions — Rules that Visitors must meet (see Segment Conditions)
Edit a Segment
Click the pencil button on the Segment card → Edit dialog with all fields and the Condition Builder.
Delete a Segment
Click the trash button on the Segment card → Confirmation dialog.
Detail View
Click on a Segment card to open the detail dialog:
- All segment info and conditions
- Members list — paginated list of all Visitors who meet the conditions
- "Load more" for pagination
Preview
In the Create/Edit dialog, the "Preview" button shows the number of matches before you save. This allows you to test conditions.
Update Member Count
The displayed member count is a cache. Click the refresh button on the card to recalculate it.
