Slack notifications

SilentChat can send notifications to Slack channels.
Setup
Administration → Settings → Notification Channels
Configure a Slack webhook URL. Notifications will then be automatically sent to the configured channel.
Notification Types
- New Conversations
- Unprocessed Conversations (Reminder)
- System Alerts (e.g., Crawler Errors)
The specific events that trigger Slack notifications can be configured by the admin.
