Manage feature requests

Feature Requests allow your team and customers to submit, discuss, and prioritize product ideas.

Create a Feature Request

  1. Feedback → Requests → "New Request"
  2. Fill in the fields:

TitleShort description of the idea (max. 300 characters)
DescriptionDetailed explanation
CategoryThematic assignment (e.g., "UI", "API", "Integration")

Status Workflow

Each Feature Request goes through a status workflow:

Change status: Open Request → Status Dropdown → Select New Status

Priorities

PriorityUsage
LowNice-to-have, no rush
MediumStandard (Default)
HighImportant, many votes or strategically relevant

Categories

Use categories to group requests thematically:

  • UI/UX — Interface improvements
  • API — API extensions
  • Integration — Third-party integrations
  • Performance — Speed improvements
  • Security — Security features

Sorting & Filtering

The Request list can be sorted and filtered:

SortingDescription
Top (Default)Descending by votes — shows most popular ideas first
NewestDescending by creation date
OldestAscending by creation date

Filter: By status (Open, Planned, In Progress, Done, Declined)
