Settings → Activity & Audit Log

Two logs on one page, separated into tabs. Both are read-only views — nothing can be changed or deleted here. That's the purpose of a log.

The old address /app/settings/audit redirects to the audit log tab of this page; old bookmarks will continue to work.

Activity Log

The day-to-day work of the team: who took over which conversation, who changed a contact, who adjusted a setting.

Audit Log

Security-relevant events. Each entry lists timestamp, user, action and affected resource.

Filtering

By action, user and time period (From / To). User selection is done via a search field, so even large teams remain manageable. Reset clears all filters at once.

If nothing is visible

The page distinguishes between two cases, and the difference is important:

„No audit log entries" — there are actually none yet. The normal case for a fresh installation.
„No entries found for the current filters" — there are some, but not in this section. Reset filters.

Retention

Entries in the activity and audit log are deleted after 12 months, or after up to 24 months on plans with a longer viewing period. Records of data protection requests and deletions are kept for 3 years. Under Settings → Data Storage & Privacy the entries can be exported for documentation purposes as JSON or CSV.
