SSO attribute mapping

This mapping determines which IdP attributes are assigned to which SilentChat fields.

Adjust Mapping
Under SAML SSO → Attribute Mapping, you can adjust the attribute names if your IdP uses different field names.
NameID as Fallback
If no email attribute is found, SilentChat uses the NameID from the SAML assertion as the email (provided it contains an @ symbol).
