Exportable Areas
- Conversations: All conversations with status, priority, agent, timestamps
- Agent Performance: Metrics per agent
- Visitor Statistics: Session data
- AI Usage: Token consumption per day/conversation
Start Export
Analytics → [Area] → "Export as CSV"
The file is downloaded directly and can be imported into Excel, Google Sheets, or BI tools.
