Write & publish articles

Create a new article
- Knowledge Base → Articles → "New Article"
- Fill in the fields:

| Status | Draft, Published or Archived |
Markdown Editor
The content supports Markdown formatting:
# Headingfor headings (H1–H6)**bold**and*italic*- Pointfor lists`code`for inline code- Code blocks with triple backticks

Status Workflow
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Draft | In progress, not publicly visible, not used by the AI bot |
| Published | Publicly visible, used by the AI bot as context |
| Archived | Hidden, no longer active |
Publish: Open article → Set status to "Published" → Save. Alternatively: "Publish" button.
Versioning
Each change to an article automatically creates a new version:
- View versions: Article → "Versions" tab
- Compare versions: Select two versions → "Show Diff"
- Restore version: Select version → "Restore"
This allows you to revert to an earlier version at any time.
SEO Settings
For public articles, you can maintain SEO fields:
- Meta Title: Displayed in the browser tab
- Meta Description: Displayed in search engine results
Localization
Articles have a Locale field (default: "de"). For multilingual knowledge bases, you can create articles in different languages and link them via the translation_of field.
