Lite Seats are restricted access with read-only access. They do not count against your Full Seat limit and are ideal for people who only need to observe conversations.

- Settings → Team → Select member
- Click on "Change seat type"
- Select Full or Lite
Restriction: The tenant owner cannot be a Lite Seat.

Lite Seats and roles
The seat type works in addition to the role:
- An agent with a Full Seat can do everything the agent role allows
- An agent with a Lite Seat can only read — all write permissions are blocked
- The role determines the visibility scope, the seat type determines the action range
