Visitor-Banning

Unwanted visitors (spam, harassment) can be blocked.

Block Visitors

1. Visitors → Open Visitor → "Block"
2. The visitor is added to the Blacklist
3. Blocked visitors can no longer use the chat widget

Lift Block

Visitors → Blocked Visitors → "Unblock"

Automatic Blocking

The ban check is performed with every widget interaction via session token. Blocked visitors see the widget but cannot send messages.
