Each visitor has a profile with collected data.

Custom Fields
Under Settings → Custom Fields, you can define your own fields (Text, Number, Select, Boolean). These appear in the visitor profile and can be used as conditions in segments.
Session History
Under the "Sessions" tab, you can see all previous visits with device, browser, country, and page views.
Visitor Notes
Agents can leave notes on the visitor profile (e.g., "VIP customer, always prioritize"). These are only visible to the team.
