Settings
The settings page is a hub page. It does not configure anything itself, but leads to eleven areas.
| Tile | What is decided there |
|---|---|
| Customer Portal | Portal on/off, address, design, visible areas. The only thing here that your customers see directly. |
| AI Chatbot | Behavior of the bot: basic instruction, greeting, fallback response. |
| Activity & Audit Log | Who in the team has done what, and security-relevant events. Read-only. |
| Data Storage & Privacy | Retention periods and the GDPR tools (information, deletion). |
| DPA / Data Processing Agreement | Status of the data processing agreement according to Art. 28 GDPR. |
| Lead Scoring | Evaluation of contacts and companies including legal basis. |
| Security | Two-factor login, trusted devices, password. |
| Notifications | How you personally are informed — per event and channel. |
| SLA Policies | Deadlines for first response and resolution. |
| Template Categories | Organization for quick responses. |
| Quick Response Categories | Custom categories in addition to the provided ones. |
Two distinctions that are often confused
Notifications (Settings) ≠ Notifications (Inbox). Here you determine how you are informed. The inbox under Notifications in the main navigation shows what has come in.
Activity Log ≠ Audit Log. Both are on one page, but on two tabs: The activity log shows normal teamwork, the audit log shows security-relevant events.
What is NOT here
Widgets, domains, team and roles, billing, and knowledge base have their own entries in the main navigation — they are not settings in the narrower sense, but their own work areas.
