Usage & rate limits
Analytics → Usage
Shows what your workspace has consumed this month — and how much the plan allows.
The Tiles
| Tile | What is counted |
|---|---|
| Chats (Month) | Conversations in the current month. |
| API Calls | Access via API keys. |
| AI Chatbot | Visitor conversations that the bot has answered. |
| AI Copilot | Suggestions, improvements, summaries, and sentiment analyses for agents. |
| Storage | Space occupied by file attachments. |
AI Token Breakdown
Where the AI usage comes from, broken down:
- AI Chatbot — automatic bot responses in the widget
- AI Copilot — suggestions for agents in the dashboard
- Test Tab — messages from the test area of the bot settings
- Embeddings — vectorization when indexing the knowledge base and with every chat question
The last point often surprises: embeddings are not only generated when reading in, but with every question from a visitor, because the question itself must be vectorized to find matching articles. They are significantly cheaper than response tokens, but still count.
Testing costs. Messages from the test tab use the same quota as real conversations.
Clean Up Storage
Clean Up removes file attachments from closed conversations. Active ones remain untouched. The minimum age is selectable: 30 days (default), 7 days, or all closed.
Afterwards, the notification shows how many files were removed and how much space was freed.
To know: A deleted file still remains in storage until the end of the trash retention period and continues to count until then. The released space therefore does not appear immediately in full.
When a Limit is Reached
The block takes effect in the background, not just in the interface. If a quota is reached, the affected action is rejected — with a message that names the limit.
Two ways forward: The plan covers more, or an add-on module specifically shifts a single limit. Both under Billing.
