Add-Ons extend your plan with additional capacities or features.
Book an Add-On
Billing → Add-Ons → "Book Add-On"
Add-Ons have different pricing models:
- Per Agent: Price per additional agent
- Per Widget: Price per additional widget
- Flat: Fixed monthly price
Active Add-Ons
Under Billing → Add-Ons you can see all active Add-Ons with price and activation date.
Cancel an Add-On
Add-Ons → [Add-On] → "Cancel" — Will be deactivated at the end of the billing period.
