View Current Plan
Settings → Billing → Plan
Displays your current plan, price, billing interval (monthly/annually), and included features.
Change Plan
- Billing → "Change Plan"
- Select new plan
- Confirm payment information
- The change is processed through Stripe
Upgrade: Activated immediately, prorated billing for the remainder of the period. Downgrade: Takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Trial
New tenants can receive a Trial (configured by the Super-Admin). During the trial, you have access to all features of the trial plan. After expiration, you must choose a paid plan.
