Avatar, name and widget header
All fields are under Widgets → Open Widget → Customize → Agent & AI Identity.
Two Pairs, Not One
There are two names and two avatars because two senders can appear in the same chat.

⚠️ The header shows the agent avatar, not the AI avatar. If you set up a bot persona and only fill in the two AI fields, you will see the new image with the bot messages — and the old one still in the header. If your widget is mainly served by the bot, enter the same image in both avatar fields.
If the AI agent name is left blank, the bot names itself in the visitor's language — in German „KI-Assistent".
Round Frame Around the Avatar
A switch, enabled by default.
- Off: The image appears as it is. Correct for motifs that are already round or work with their own shadow — an additional circle would crop them.
- On: The image is cropped to a circle and gets a light border. Correct for rectangular photos and logos.
Without an uploaded image, the circle with the initial letter remains in any case — the switch does not change this.
The Three Texts

⚠️ These three texts appear only to visitors with your base language. For all others, the built-in translation applies. Your own formulations for further languages you enter in the tab Translations — see the article Translate Widget Texts into Further Languages.
Example: an Assistant with Its Own Image
- AI Agent Name: Silas
- AI Avatar URL: the address of your image
- Agent Avatar URL: the same address — otherwise the header continues to show the old image
- Line above the name: Your KI-Assistent
- Text Label: Questions? Silas helps
