The library of text suggestions offered to a client in the bot configuration as a sidebar. The client takes over a template and adapts it — the template itself remains unchanged.
The four fields for which there are templates

| System Prompt | The basic instruction to the bot. |
| Custom Instructions | Client's additions. |
| Welcome Message | First sentence in the chat. |
| Fallback Message | What the bot says when it doesn't know what to do. |
Filter
By field, language, and status; plus full-text search across name, description, and template text.
Active and inactive
Deactivate hides the template from the client's sidebar, but keeps it in the database. Clients who have already taken it over keep their text — a copy was taken over, not a link.
Activate brings it back.
Delete removes it permanently. Here too: texts already taken over by clients remain intact.
Language
Templates are set up per language. A client sees the templates of their interface language — a template without a counterpart in the other language does not reach half of the customers.
