Email blocklist

Administration → E-Mails → Blocklist

Recipient addresses that SilentChat no longer sends to. Entries are created automatically through:

• Bounces (Hard-Bounce from the SMTP provider)
• Manual complaints (Spam reports)
• Admin entry (Data protection request / "Remove at request")

Actions

• Add address — manual entry with reason text
• Remove address — if a bounce entry was a false positive or the user agrees again

The mailer checks the blocklist before each send and skips blocked addresses with status suppressed in the email log.
