Administration → Announcements

Bulk send to tenant users. Three statuses: draft, sending, sent, failed.

New Announcement

List → "Create Announcement" opens a dedicated page with:

1. Select Template (Category announcement_templates — Maintenance, Outage, Security, Price Change, …)
2. Fill in Placeholders — one input field per [Variable] from the template; live substitution in the preview
3. Subject (pre-filled from template, editable)
4. Target Audience (All Users / Admins / by Plan / Status / Tenant)
5. Preview as a sandbox iframe on the right (sticky)

Send

List → Send button opens a confirmation dialog with:

• Recipient preview (audience_count)
• Test Email to any address before bulk send
• "Send to N Recipients" as final action

Edit

Drafts can be edited at /admin/announcements/[id]/edit — subject + body as plain text (placeholders are already replaced).

Change Layout

If the maintenance template, for example, should get a new logo: not here — but directly in the email template (/admin/emails/templates/announce_maintenance). Changes then apply to all future announcements.
