The status is visible to customers. A wish that remains "Open" for months says exactly that.
Roadmap
Via Roadmap, a wish moves to the public overview. What is stated there is a promise — use it sparingly.
When a Wish is Completed
Anyone who voted for a wish receives a notification when it is changed to Completed. This email is sent via the regular template feature_request_shipped and thus includes the sender, design, and imprint like any other customer email.
Delete
Removes the wish along with the votes — not reversible. For "we don't want this," Rejected is the better option: it provides the trace and the reason.
