A flat list of all invoices across all clients: client, amount, status, date, and a reference to the PDF.
This page is intentionally narrow. It answers one question — "does this invoice exist, and what does it say?" — and nothing more.
Where the data comes from
Invoices are created in Stripe and reach us via webhooks. If an invoice is missing that exists in Stripe, usually a webhook has not arrived. This is then under Administration → Payment Events, not here.
What is NOT possible here
- Refund and cancel — this happens in Stripe. We mirror the result, but do not trigger it.
- Regenerate invoice — also Stripe.
- Change amount — nowhere. An issued invoice is a document.
