Notification channels (Slack/Teams/Webhook)

Administration → Settings → Notifications

Three parallel operable channels for system alerts (e.g., crawler error rate, critical SMTP failures).

Slack

Toggle + Incoming-Webhook-URL (https://hooks.slack.com/services/…). Send Test-Button verifies the configuration with a test message.

Microsoft Teams

Toggle + Power-Automate-Workflow-URL (https://prod-XX.westeurope.logic.azure.com/workflows/…).

Important: Microsoft has deprecated the classic Office-365-Connector-Webhooks. For new setups in Power Automate, create a flow of type "When a HTTP request is received" → action "Post an adaptive card in a channel" and insert the generated URL here. Payload format: Adaptive Card v1.4 (automatically delivered by the backend).

Custom Webhook

Arbitrary URL + optional secret. Body: { event, data, timestamp } with HMAC-SHA-256 signature in the X-Signature-256-header if secret is set.

Email Kill Switch

Separate card on top: disables all outgoing emails platform-wide (verification, password reset, notifications). Only enable in emergencies (spam attack, GDPR incident).
