Overview
The Help Sidebar displays context-sensitive documentation directly next to your current page — without leaving the page.
Open
Click the question mark icon (?) in the header (top right, next to notifications).
The sidebar slides in from the right and automatically shows help articles relevant to the current page.
Features
- Context-sensitive — Automatically shows articles for the current page (e.g., on the Tickets page → Ticket documentation)
- Search — Full-text search across all help articles
- Resizable — The sidebar can be enlarged or reduced by dragging left/right
- Always available — Stays open while you work on the page and updates when changing pages
- Close — X-button or click the question mark icon again
Full Help
At the bottom of the sidebar, you will find the link "Open Full Help" which leads to the complete help page with all articles.
