Administration → Subscriptions
All Stripe subscriptions platform-wide. Filter by status (active / past_due / canceled / trialing / manual), plan, and search by tenant.
Actions per Subscription
- Open in Stripe — Direct link to the Stripe dashboard
- Change Plan — Manual tenant plan switch (e.g., goodwill upgrade)
- Cancel — Cancel at period end OR immediately
Manual Subscriptions
Tenants with status=manual do not have a Stripe subscription (e.g., internal tenants, enterprise special cases). They are not counted for MRR calculation.
Past-Due
Subscriptions in past_due status have failed payments. Stripe automatically attempts 3 retries; afterward, the subscription goes to canceled. The tenant then loses access via the Quota service.
