Template Categories

Administration → Template Categories
Categories organize quick responses. Without them, all quick responses are in a flat list — this becomes unmanageable from about a dozen onwards.
Fields
| Field | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Slug | Internal identifier. Lowercase, no spaces (my-category). Cannot be meaningfully changed later. |
| German Label | What German-speaking agents see. |
| English Label | What English-speaking agents see. |
| Order | Position in the list. |
Fill in both labels. If one is missing, part of the agents will see the slug — and it is not made for humans.
Delete
Before deletion, it is counted how many templates are attached to the category:
- No templates assigned — uncritical.
- N templates assigned — the templates remain and then appear as "Unassigned". So nothing is lost, but the order is gone.
