Set up Provider
- Providers → Select IONOS (providers based in the US are blocked)
- Enter API Key (stored encrypted)
- Select Model
- Activate
Safety Prompt
The global Safety Prompt is appended to every AI request and cannot be overridden by tenants. It prevents prompt injection and ensures the bot does not make up false information.
Cost Estimation
Under AI → Cost Calculator, you can calculate the estimated monthly costs for different token budgets.
Global AI Usage
Under AI → Usage, you can see token usage across all tenants, top ten tenants by consumption, and resolution statistics.
