Shows each customer how many files they have stored and how much space they occupy, plus the sum across all customers.

Two Actions, Very Different

Cleanup

Removes file attachments from closed conversations. Active conversations remain untouched. The minimum age is selectable:

closed for more than 30 days (default)
closed for more than 7 days
all closed conversations

This is the everyday way. It removes nothing that is still in use.

Delete All

Deletes every file of the customer — even from active conversations and even those without conversation context.

⚠️ Irreversible. The files disappear from the object storage and from the database. To confirm, the customer's ID must be entered; this is intentional and not harassment.

Why the Displayed Number Includes the Recycle Bin

A deleted file remains in the object storage until the end of the 30-day period — it therefore continues to occupy space. For this reason, both this display and the customer's quota include soft-deleted files. If they did not, the recycle bin would be a free quota: upload, delete, upload.
