Email templates

Administration → Emails → Templates
List of all registered templates, filtered by category. Each template has slug, name, subject, variable list, and HTML body.
Editor
Click on a template → Visual Editor (GrapesJS) or Source Mode for direct HTML. Variables can be inserted as chips; format depends on the category:
- announcement_templates: [Bracket] (placeholders are filled in the announcement dialog)
- Other templates: {{.Variable}} (Go template syntax, replaced by sender pipeline)
Categories
Freely selectable — choose an existing one or create a new one. Templates without a category automatically go to "system".
Add / Remove Variables
In the variable chip bar: X to remove, input + Enter to add. New variables are immediately rendered as input fields in the announcement dialog (for templates in the category announcement_templates).
Reset
Restore default deletes the custom version from the DB; the built-in default template takes effect again.
