Administration → Metrics

The Metrics dashboard shows platform KPIs and per-tenant profitability.

Tabs

• Overview — MRR, active subscriptions, trials, token consumption, funnel
• Tenants — per tenant: consumption, revenue, costs, margin (sortable/filterable)
• Funnel — Signup → Widget install → First chat → Converted
• Plans — distribution & MRR per plan
• Cost-Config — server costs/month, support hourly rate, avg minutes/ticket, token multiplier

Cost-Config

Server costs are evenly distributed across active tenants. Support costs are calculated from the last 30 days tickets × hourly rate × minutes/ticket. Add token multiplier to provider costs (1.0 = pass-through, 1.3 = 30% margin on tokens).

Changes are audit-logged.

Revenue (MRR-normalized)

Revenue per tenant is the monthly plan fee from the active subscription (yearly divided by 12), not the Stripe invoices received in the calendar month. Yearly customers thus appear with revenue in all 12 months.
