Every security- or configuration-relevant action is logged here:

• Tenant created / locked / deleted
• Plan / Add-on / Coupon created or changed
• Cost-Config adjusted
• Maintenance mode activated / deactivated
• 2FA activated / deactivated
• Email template saved

Each entry contains: Actor, IP, User-Agent, Action, affected resource, timestamp and a details-JSON with the diff.

Filter

By actor, resource, action slug or date range. Exportable as CSV for compliance audits.

Retention

Audit logs are deleted after 12 months, or after up to 24 months on plans with a longer viewing period. Only records are kept longer: GDPR requests, deletion runs and tenant deletions for 3 years, the acceptance of the data processing agreement for the term of the contract and 3 years beyond. There is no legal duty to keep these logs longer; invoice and payment data are stored separately and kept for 10 years.
