Billing Dashboard
Administration → Billing
The billing entry page. It does not perform any billing itself, but compiles key metrics and refers to the pages where work is done.
The metrics at the top
| Tile | Meaning |
|---|---|
| MRR | Monthly recurring revenue. Annual payers are counted with one-twelfth of their annual price, not with the monthly price. |
| ARR | MRR × 12. |
| Active Subscriptions | Paying subscriptions. The free plan is not included here. |
| Subscriptions in Trial | Status trialing — access yes, revenue no. |
| Overdue | Status past_due — the payment has failed, access continues for now. |
| Churn Rate | Cancellations in relation to the stock. |
What "pays money" means: active, past_due and manual count towards MRR — and only plans other than free. An enterprise customer on invoice (manual) would otherwise stand at 0 €, and a single failed payment would immediately be a cancellation. This definition is in exactly one place in the code so that the numbers do not diverge on different screens.
Revenue development and top consumers
The trend shows twelve months. The table below lists the clients with the most conversations, messages, and API calls in the last 30 days — useful to identify expensive clients before the costs become apparent.
