Manage cron jobs

Administration → Cron-Jobs

Table of all recurring background jobs (maintenance, GDPR purge, trial warnings, aggregation jobs, etc.) with:

• Schedule (e.g. 24h, 5m)
• Last run + status (Success / Failed / Running)
• Duration of the last run
• Total runs + number of failed runs

Detail Page

Clicking on a row opens the logs page with filters:

• Status (success / failed / running)
• Date range for started_at
• Minimum records (records_affected ≥)
• Error full-text search (ILIKE over the error message)

Each log entry shows start, duration, affected records, and the full error message for failed runs.

Debugging

If a job fails repeatedly: open details → filter status=failed → read error message. Common causes are temporary DB locks, missing SMTP configuration, or rate limits of external APIs.
