System quick replies

Administration → System Quick Responses
Predefined answer texts that are offered to every agent in every client. Each agent can individually enable or disable them — they cannot delete them.
These are distinct from the quick responses that a client sets up for themselves. These are only available to them and are not affected here.
Fields

| Shortcode | Shortcut to type in the answer field. |
| Content | The text itself. |
| Category | Categorizes the template (see Template Categories). Can be left empty. |
| Order | Position in the selection. |
| Active | Off = invisible to everyone. |
⚠️ Deleting affects everyone
A deleted system quick response disappears for all agents of all clients. The confirmation explicitly states this. If a template should only temporarily disappear, Active = off is the right way — the content is preserved and can be restored.
