The List

Title, category, status, author, as well as publication, creation, and modification date. The author can be changed directly in the line; a post can also be without an author.

Bulk Actions

Select multiple lines and edit them together: set author · set category · publish · withdraw · delete · restore.

Deleted posts go to the trash and can be restored — that's why there is "restore" at all.

Draft Preview

A post with the status draft or with a publication date in the future is not yet visible on the website. The preview creates a short-lived, signed reference (30 minutes) that takes exactly the same rendering path as the later real page. So layout, blocks, and SEO information look the same as after publishing.

The preview link is bound to the post and cannot be redirected to another one. Preview pages are explicitly set to noindex, nofollow — a forwarded link cannot accidentally end up in a search engine.

Blog categories are maintained under Administration → Blog Categories, not here.
